Day 1
WooHoo! Departed Michigan at 10:45 a.m. Now driving through Indiana on our way to Fairfield, IA.
A special shout-out to Deb Shillington who took Kaze and Tom-Tom so we could leave. Thank you, thank you! Special thanks too to Kim Kaster and family who adopted Misty. Thanks for welcoming her to your home.
The Toyota is packed to the gills. The sky is sunny, blue, and has these gorgeous, puffy white clouds. Traffic is flowing along smoothly. We set our intention for safe and courteous drivers obeying the rules of the road so we all arrive to our destinations safely. So far, so good!
Thanks to Kelly for our music! Beth is (seat) dancing to Denver. ;)
Lots of laughs during our first 174 miles. Gotta go for now to work on our lists.....of wants and wishes!

Now I hope you two behavior yourselves, at least a little. Kazi and TumTum are doing fine so far. TumTum has had lots of petting from us. Kazi has allowed us to pet her some, but hey at least she is not hiding. That must be some kind of special car, I didn't realized they had gills. Is it an underwater model? Stay safe and have fun.
