Mile 1360, Lunch Stop, Castle Rock

Day Mile 294: we just stopped for lunch in Castle Rock because Beth reminded me we need to take breaks every couple of hours, however I was focused on getting to our next stop...Colorado Springs. I wouldn't let Beth drive because I wanted her to see everything I have been bragging about here in Colorado. We split a pulled pork sandwich based on a recommendation from our server. Good choice! This whole area has grown up so much since I lived here, it is hard to believe. It is kind of like I am seeing for the first time as well! Now off to air force academy, garden of the gods or pikes peak?????? Choices, choices, life is all about choices! WooHoo! --MKa
